#[non_exhaustive]pub enum ParseError {
Format(&'static str),
Hex,
Length,
}Expand description
Error returned when parsing textual or binary protocol data fails.
Returned by the FromStr impls of NodeId, EventId and
CanFrame, by gridconnect::parse, by CanFrame::new and by the
TryFrom<u64> impl of NodeId. Most decoders in this crate are
deliberately lenient and never fail (see Message::from_parts).
Implements core::error::Error (and therefore std::error::Error)
with or without the std feature.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Format(&'static str)
Input was not in the expected format. The string says what was wrong.
Hex
A hex digit was expected.
Length
Too many or too few bytes (or hex digits).
