Keep a connection to an upstream GridConnect TCP hub, reconnecting forever.
addr is host:port, for example a JMRI “OpenLCB / LCC GridConnect
server” on port 12021 or another rolcb-hub. After a failure or
disconnect it waits two seconds and retries. Never returns.
