Keep a USB/serial GridConnect adapter attached, reopening it forever.
path is e.g. /dev/ttyACM0 or COM3. Most USB-CAN adapters ignore the
baud rate (they are USB CDC devices), but 115200 is a safe default. If
the device is unplugged, the hub retries every two seconds. Never returns.
